Illegal coincident centres error

A job I am running crashes out with this error message, and then gives me
what seems to be two of my atom labels from the z-matrix.  Does this mean
that the program thinks that those two atoms are on top of one another?  I
have looked at my geometry via a .pdb file, and all of the atoms seem to
be in place.  What could be the problem with my molpro file?
