Relativistic References

I am interested in the relativistic corrections calculated within molpro,
but can't seem to find any mention of references. Could someone let me
know what ref's are applicable for the Cowan-Griffin scheme employed in
molpro?

Or, even a general summary/review of relativistic corrections for ab intio
calc's?
