File formats for plotting

Hi,

I have received a query on how to plot orbitals and electron densities
from MOLPRO using gOpenMol. My personal knowledge about MOLPRO is close
to zero.

What I would like to know now is what sort of output files does MOLPRO
produce and what file(s) would be the best starting point(s) for
plotting?

Please answer me also directly because I'm not on this list!
