Molpro error on Apple G5 OS 10.3

Dear Bill,

Kirk Peterson put down a patch recently which I think deals with this 
issue. If you try

make -C utilities patcher
./patcher

then hopefully it should download and apply this patch. If you then do

./configure -i8

you should get the xlf compiler appearing in CONFIG.
