The __ctype_b thing happened in glibc in RH 8.0, but an errata "fixed"
it, I think. This is a WONTFIX in 9+, so it looks like that .o needs a
recompile under RH9/FC1/RHEL. Look here (one of many bugzilla's I'm
guessing):

Looks like Oracle got bit by this as well.
