I want to configure molpro2008.1 for the Portland compiler with Global
Arrays over ethernet. This is the command
%./configure -batch -mpp -mppbase
/usr/local/Cluster-Apps/ga/ge/pgi/4.0.8 -pgf90
and this is the output
machine type recognized as x86_64 (Generic 64-bit)
kernel recognized as Linux
user request compiler pgf90
Portland Fortran Compiler, Version 7.0-2
FC=/usr/local/Cluster-Apps/pgi/7.0.2/linux86-64/7.0/bin/pgf90
GNU Compiler Collection, Version 4.0.2
CC=/usr/bin/gcc
BLASLIB=
LAPACKLIB=
MPPLIB=
parallel build specified but unable to find Global Arrays
Result so far of configure written to CONFIG.errout
<end output>
The GA library should exist:
%ls /usr/local/Cluster-Apps/ga/ge/pgi/4.0.8/lib/LINUX64
libarmci.a libglobal.a liblinalg.a libma.a libpario.a
and similar the include subdirectory.
Does anyone have an idea why molpro cannot find the GA libraries?
Thanks
Henk
