[Molpro-user] 64.f?

This has now been resolved. The link error was due to a missing "-L"
when entering BLASLIB. There were also a couple of MKL related things
which cropped up:

1. The lib/64 directory is for ia64 systems, and lib/em64t is for x86_64
systems.

2. MKL 10 differs from previous versions of MKL in that for 64-bit
systems 8-byte integers are now supported. This means for 64-bit systems
MKL 10 is BLAS level 3, whereas previous versions are BLAS level 4.
