[molpro-user] transitions between spin-orbit of different electronic states

Hi,
Please, Is there any command to find the magnitude of transition  
dipole moments between spin-orbites of elctronic states ? if yes ,  
what should I write in my imput file.
Notice that I got only transition diople moments between the  
electronic states by MCSCF and MRCI calculation.
