[molpro-user] compiling c++ part of code with IBM compiler

The mpi compiler wrapper scripts are always suitable for
cross-compilation.  The mpicxx script wraps powerpc-bgp-linux-g++,
which is the underlying cross-compiler.  However, there is no reason
to use it directly and it only increases the possibility of user
errors.
