Looks to me like it just needs even more memory.  The memory is allocated sequentially as the arrays are initialized, so you just
haven't gotten past the last array that needs to be allocated in that part of the code.

Dear sir/madam

I am trying to calculate the excited state calculation of radical cation.
At first at the input file I specified the memory as 350,m then it gave the problem ---
"  Number of p-space configurations:   9
 insufficient memory available - require              502174112  have
              17567120
 the request was for real words."

Then I increase the memory to 1050,m but again it gave the problem ----

"insufficient memory available - require              562392576  have
             367339661
 the request was for real words

 ERROR EXIT
 CURRENT STACK:      CIPRO  MAIN"

Please suggest any possible solution as soon as possible,
